How It Works
Protein first, carbs second, fat third — baked into every ranking.
Foods are ranked with protein as the main priority, carbs second and fats third. The base is the protein-to-calorie ratio, so a giant high-calorie meal doesn't win on total protein alone.
Pre-workout keeps protein at 30g or under and favours carbs for fuel; training recommendations stay at 10g fat or less. Everything updates live when you customise a meal.
