I got healthier. I got steadier. I became a better father, a better partner, a better man. I rebuilt myself through discipline, structure, and learning to show up even when I didn't want to. Now I help other men do the same. No fluff. No fake secret formulas. No motivation bullshit. Just real accountability, real structure, and doing the work every single day until your life changes.
